Dumpster Rentals

We'll walk you through it. A 20-yard dumpster handles most residential remodels and roofing jobs, while a 30-yard dumpster works better for new construction or large-scale renovations. If you're dealing with dirt, rock, or concrete, you'll need our 12-yard heavy-duty dumpster. Call us, and we'll ask a few questions about your project to help you choose the right size.
-
Most construction debris, household junk, yard waste, roofing materials, drywall, flooring, and general renovation waste are fine. You cannot put in hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, tires, appliances with freon, or electronics. Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, rock, and asphalt must go in our 12-yard heavy-duty dumpster, not in standard roll-offs.
-
Certain items will incur an extra charge and must be prearranged. This includes tires, refrigeration units, and large tree stumps. If you are unsure about a specific item, please ask!
-
Standard rental periods are 5 days (excluding Sundays) for residential needs and 7 days for commercial needs, but we work with your project timeline. Need it longer? Let us know, and we'll arrange an extension at just $50 per day. We're flexible because we understand that projects don't always go according to plan.
-
Delivery, pickup, and dump fees up to the specified weight limit (depending on the size of the dumpster) are all included. Additional weight beyond standard limits is $70 per ton (2,000 pounds). All costs are discussed and agreed on ahead of time, so there are no unpleasant surprises.
-
The fill level needs to stay below the top rail for safe transport. If you're concerned about weight, let us know. We can help you estimate based on your materials or arrange a swap if needed. For heavy materials, our 12-yard heavy-duty dumpster is designed to handle materials like concrete, dirt, and sod safely.
