This container requires more room for placement and truck access, so it works best where there is a dedicated staging area or sufficient driveway space.
35-Yard Dumpster Rentals
Our 35-yard dumpster is intended for major demolitions, large commercial job sites, and whole-home or estate cleanouts. Its taller walls are suited to loading with a tractor, telehandler, or other equipment, and it needs room for a longer footprint and clear truck access.
Standard containers include 2,000 pounds for the 15-yard size, 4,000 pounds for the 20-yard size, and 6,000 pounds for the 30- and 35-yard sizes. Additional weight is charged at $60 per ton.
12-Yard Heavy-Duty Dumpster Rentals
Heavy materials require different handling. Our 12-yard heavy-duty dumpster is intended for dirt, rock, concrete, and asphalt. These dense materials reach capacity quickly and belong in this dedicated container rather than a standard roll-off. The 12-yard container has no dump fees and a 20,000-pound maximum capacity.
Our Dumpster Rental Periods
Residential rentals include 4 days, and contractor rentals include 7 days. Sundays don’t count toward the rental period, and additional days are $20 per day.

Heavy materials like dirt, concrete, rock, and asphalt must go in our 12-yard heavy-duty container, not in standard dumpsters. Tree stumps and trunks over 12 inches carry an extra charge.
